If you receive an item different than what was described or clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us designsinc.custom@gmail.com. All emails are read and replied to within 48 hours.

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.

All items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 14 days of the date on your packing slip.

If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, CANCELLED. UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a $3.50 restocking fee on the sales price. We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons. Both packing slip and item must be provided to Custom Designs, Inc. for a full or partial refund.

If, for any reason, a customer returns an item that is not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of $3.50 per item. In this case, the shipping costs (shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message indicating that your return is complete. This process usually takes about 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return.

Upon determination that the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund, plus half or 50% shipping back charges as reflected on your original point of sale. Your return-shipping fee will be fully refunded only if you include a copy of your packing slip with the package.
